Returns and Cancellation policy
We always strive to offer an excellent customer service online. We want to make it as easy as possible for you to cancel/return orders or report faulty/missing products.
If you wish to return an item which you have received, you have up to 28 days to return it to us. You must contact us in the first 14 days to advise that you intend to return it. It must be returned in the same condition that you received it. Please include your order number and reason for return inside the box. Once we have received your return, your refund will be received within 7 working days.
We will not pay the costs of returning an item to us.
Incorrect Goods / Faulty Goods
If we sent you something you hadn't ordered, please contact us within 14 days informing us of the problem and our customer services team will provide information on how to return the item.
Damaged In Transit
If your purchase is damaged in transit, please contact us within 14 days informing us of the problem and our customer services team will provide information on how to return the item.
If you receive a product that is defective, please contact us within 14 days informing us of the problem. You can return it within 28 days to get either a replacement or a refund. Some products are covered by a manufacturer's warranty, if this is the case, please contact the manufacturer directly.
Right to cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations (which has now replaced the Distance Selling Regulations), you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of having received the goods without giving any reason.*
To exercise the right to cancel, you must clearly inform us via email (email@example.com) or post ( Gijja, 201 Jerounds, Harlow Essex CM19 4HJ) of your decision to cancel the contract.
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.
*Bespoke and perishable products are excluded.
Effects of cancellation
If you choose to exercise your right to cancel, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, excluding the costs of delivery.
You will, however, have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. This will involve you posting the item yourself and retain valid proof of posting. We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you.
We will refund you within 14 days of returning the items.
Reimbursement will be made using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise.
Until we receive the goods you are returning, they are your responsibility. For your protection and peace of mind, we recommend you use a recorded delivery service. Return postage has to be borne by you.
If the item has been damaged, used or is not returned in its original packaging, we reserve the right to withhold a percentage of the refund value if the item needs to be reduced in price for resale.
